Jesus speaking, “Come you that are blessed by My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you
from the foundation of the world.” –Matthew 25:34 (NRSVCE)

The Divine Shepherd – A Psalm of David

The Lord is My Shepherd I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside still waters, He restores my soul. He leads me in right paths for His name sake.

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; For You are with me, Your rod and Your staff they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies, You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows. Surly goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the House of the Lord my whole life long. –Psalm 23:1-6

Jesus speaking, “Everything that the Father gives Me will come to Me and anyone who comes to Me, I will never drive away; For I have come down from Heaven not to do My will but the will of Him who sent me and this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I should lose nothing of all that He has given me but raise it up on the last day. This is indeed the Will of My Father, that all who see the Son and believe in Him may have eternal life and I will raise them up on the last day.” –John 6:37-40
