(Business Insider) Fewer than 50,000 signed up for ObamaCare through the first week of November the Wall Street Journal reports a far cry from the 500,000 the Obama Administration had forecast during the first month of the roll-out.
Should only 50,000 sign-up for ObamaCare monthly it will take some 525 years to sign-up all 315 Million Americans to President Obama’s legacy legislative achievement.

(Zero Hedge) Obamanomics continues to take a big and bigger toll on the nations anemic economy. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics data released yesterday, 932,000 Americans dropped out of the labor force in October to a record 91.5 Million, the third highest monthly increase in U.S. history.
Further illustrating the failures of Obamanomics on the weakening economy, the labor participation continues on its downward spiral from 63.2% in September to 62.8% today.
Flashback: Remember back in April, 2010 when VP Joe Biden claimed the economy soon would be adding 500,000 per month thanks to Obama’s stimulus.

(KRCR TV) Ninety employees of California Vocations a state funded non-profit corporation that supports adults with developmental disabilities, learned that their health insurance with Blue Shield will be terminated at the end of the year.
California Vocations Executive Director Bob Irvine says its been frustrating for the organization and its employees–Irvine said the organizations Board of Directors canceled its policies because the new Obama regulations forced it to purchase more expensive policies that it simply can not afford.
“That would have been another $250,000” said Irvine.
Instead, its cheaper to pay a $100,000 per year fine tax for not providing health care insurance saving the company $150,000 per year by canceling the policy.
Employees are left to fend for themselves, thanks to ObamaCare.

(FOX News) Charles Krauthammer told viewers Thursday on FOX News ‘Special Report with Bret Baier’ that President Obama was “crystal clear” about individual health insurance under ObamaCare.
“He (President Obama) said, if you have your plan and like your plan you will keep your plan period,” Dr Charles Krauthammer a syndicated Washington Post columnist and FOX News contributor said. “The punctuation is the key here. No context, no caveats, no exceptions, that’s what the word period means. He couldn’t have been clearer and for him to pretend he wasn’t is simply appalling.”
In an interview on Thursday with NBC News President Obama told Americans who have had their health care plans canceled by insurers that he was sorry they “are finding themselves in this situation based upon assurances they got from me,” and the Obama Administration officials “weren’t as clear as we needed to be.”
New Jersey Gov Christ Christie had advice for President Obama, Krauthammer said. “He said in an interview, I think it was last week, why don’t you just say, ‘we made a mistake and we’re sorry, we’re going to try to fix it. I think that would go a long way but I don’t think a president, this president is capable of ever saying that.”
Krauthammer also told viewers that the problems with the ObamaCare website has taken its toll.
“The president now is toxic,” Krauthammer said. “The thing is called ObamaCare, there is no running away from it. You see the president, you think about the policy and you know that it is a disaster and the problem for the Democrats is they are hostage to a bunch of Geeks working around, right now, late into the night trying to fix a system which is not just the glitches it talked about, the architecture, the underlying structure of it is wrong”

I know we got some lawyers here and here in Texas, sometimes people feel a little frustrated about the pace of appointments here in Texas but you should know that in addition to the Supreme Court, we’ve been able to nominate and confirm judges of extraordinary quality all across the country on federal benches. We’re actually, when it comes to the district court, matching the pace of previous President’s. When it comes to the appellate court, we’re just a little bit behind and we’re just going to keep on focused on it.

(Breitbart) Last month, when ObamaCare was rolled out the $634 Million+ Affordable Care website which the govt had 3.5 yrs to build repeatedly crashed. We were told by the Obama Administration, that it was due to a high volume of Americans, simultaneously attempting to sign-up for ObamaCare.
One month later and after more repeated lies by the Obama Administration together with Democrats and Liberal Lefties repeating the same talking points we’ve learned that the ObamaCare website was never prepared to handle more than 1,100 users a day according to the House Oversight and Reform Committee documents released on Wednesday.
This is a huge deviation compared to the 50,000 to 60,000 simultaneous users that ObamaCare Chief Technology Officer Todd Park claimed it could process back on the 06 October.
