(AP) Battling food shortages, the Venezuela Marxist government is rolling out a new grocery store “loyalty” identification program in an effort to curtail food hoarding.
I’m thinking, that’s not their problem.
On the 08 March, I wrote here that oil rich Venezuela, with 302% inflation, food lines and government allocation of resources, most certainly isn’t evidence that central economic planning is successful.

(Kyiv Post) President Obama speaking in Brussels yesterday, subsequent to his meeting with NATO and the European Union said:
“Russia’s leadership is challenging truths that only a few weeks ago seemed self evident–that in the 21st century, the borders of Europe cannot be redrawn with force, that international law matters and that people and nations can make their own decisions about their future.”
Russian President Vladmir Putin must not have received that memo.
Since Russia’s invasion of and annexation of Crimea, the Red Army has now seized 51 naval vessels belonging to Ukraine and over the past week, Russia has reportedly amassed up to an additional 80,000 troops, together with large amounts of armored ground vehicles, battle tanks, artillery systems as well as rotary and fixed winged aircraft along the Ukrainian border.
Responding to the escalating crisis unfolding with Russia, President Obama deviated from the news of the day and allowed himself to get side-tracked, borrowing language from a campaign stump speech in 2012 according to CNN.com saying, “We believe in human dignity–that every person is created equal no matter who you are or what you look like or who you love or where you come from,” chiding Vladimir Putin on Gay rights, reconfirming to enemies of the United States (if there was any doubt before) that President Obama is weak, naive and ill equipped spectator instead of the leader of the free world.

(Breitbart) With 3 Americans missing from Malaysia Airlines #370 which appears more and more likely to be a terrorist attack together with the ongoing crisis with American and British ally Ukraine, the deaths of 4 American heroes in Benghazi and more dismal economic news being reported–labor force participation rate hits record low for young people, it would seem that Obama, would more important things to do with his time than making an appearance on a satirical “Funny or Die” video with Zach Galifianakis championing ObamaCare.
If ObamaCare is really the greatest thing since sliced bread and working as good as Obama claims, then why is it that the percentage of uninsured (which we were told ObamaCare was to help) is nearly the same as when Obama took office?
Inquiring minds want to know.
(Yahoo News) President Obama on vacation again this time in Florida, continued with his telephone ‘hope for change’ consultations with European and Baltic leaders regarding the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops, agreeing that the international community should continue to support Ukraine’s efforts to stabilize its economy and prepare for May elections, while Russian forces in Crimea dig in.
On Thursday Russia sunk 3 of its decommissioned ships at the entrance to Lake Donuzlav on Crimea’s western coast to block Ukrainian naval ships and allied navies from from entering off the Black Sea, highlighting Moscow’s intentions of staying in Crimea.
Russian leader Vladimir Putin, unfazed by Obama’s naivety, ‘The Telegraph’ reports that Russian forces have now seized the Chernomorskoye Ukrainian border post in western Crimea–the 11th so far, taking an additional 30 guards prisoner.
In 1994 then President Bill Clinton together with British Prime Minister John Major and Russian President Boris Yeltsin, executed a treaty known as ‘The Budapest Memorandum’ as part of the denuclearization of the former Soviet Union, promising to protect the sovereignty of Ukrainian territorial borders from an invading military.
The Obama Administration and the dinosaur media, have all been silent when it comes to reporting this forgotten piece of history, that may result in the United States and Great Britain going to war with Russia, should treaty alliances still have any value?
What is Obama’s plan now during this foreign policy crisis in which U.S. military lives may be put in harms way?
On Saturday, instead working in the White House and ordering U.S. Naval fleets and troops into positions to shore up a battered Ukrainian military defense from an invading army, President Obama went golfing with former NBA player Alonzo Mourning and sportscaster Ahmad Rashad, as the crisis in Ukraine continues to worsen and the United States together with Britain may be on the verge of World War III.

(AP) Today the Obama Administration drew another ‘Red Line’ in the sand regarding Russia’s military exercises just across the border from Ukraine which its President Valdimir Putin (who served 16 years in the KGB) ordered making their presence felt in the former Soviet republic.
The massive military build up of Russian troops, tanks, aircraft and navy ships prompted a stern rebuke by Secy of State John Kerry warning Russia against military intervention in the Ukraine.
Putin must surely be ‘quakin in his boots’ after receiving word that the Obama Administration considers any aggression by Russia in the Ukraine would be a “grave mistake.”
Just what would the Obama Administration do about it should Putin ignore the Obama Administration’s latest warning, which there is never any any consequences for?
