On the 01 January the State of California Legislators in their infinite wisdom began early implementation of a 2007 bill enacted by the Democrat-Socialist Congress and signed into law by President Bush, designed to prohibit the sale of the evil 125 year old incandescent light bulb and promote high energy fluorescent light bulbs containing mercury a known toxic substance that exposure to even small amounts may permanently damage individuals central nervous system, kidney, liver and immune system.
