Hugo Chavez & Hillary Clinton Just A Friendly Chat


Just three days after the United States revoked the Visa of Venezuela’s Ambassador in Washington, one wouldn’t know there was any diplomatic rift between the two nations.

Hillary Clinton and Hugo Chavez chat like Old Friends at the Inauguration of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff today.
