(LA Times) Days after CBS News Los Angeles televised a report alleging that L.A. street repair crews were loafing on the job, the City Council sought an investigation into the claims, saying they were troubled and these allegations could jeopardize residents trust.
Huh? L.A. City Council is just figuring this out now?
Do we really need an “investigation” into something that is pretty common knowledge to anyone who has recently been out and about?
