Once secret, recordings of the Chinese Embassy in Canada, gave battle plans to Chinese students of the Confederation of Fuijan Associations (seen here) on the eve of Hu’s visit.
The recordings reveal efforts by the Embassy in Ottawa to organize and fund, large scale 3 day rallies in the capitol that was intended to counter expected protests by Human Rights groups.
