During last Friday’s White House Rose Garden Press Conference Obama lies to the American people, MSM remains silent.
In remarks by Obama he claimed, “…we’ve rescued our economy from catastrophe, we’ve also begun to build a new foundation for growth. That’s why we passed an unprecedented Recovery Act, less than a month after I took office and did so without any of the earmarks or pork barrel spending that’s so common in Washington…”
Since the truth has escaped “The One” what are the facts:
On the 06 July, Sen. Tom Coburn, R-OK released a report on pork barrel spending projects in Obama’s “unprecedented Recovery Act” which he seems so proud of.
Obama seems to have forgotten about:
$800,000 for the little used John Murtha Airport in Johnstown, PA;
$3.4 Million Dollars for a wildlife “eco passage” for animals in Florida, to take animals safely under a busy roadway;
$2.0 Million for a Nevada non-profit that will conduct weatherization contract after recently being terminated for the same type of work;
$1.15 Million for the installation of a new guard rail for the “non-existent” Optima Lake in Oklahoma.
The truth seems to have escaped “The One” or he has repeated his propaganda so often that he now believes his own lies?
