An effort is underway, to begin engaging in negotiations with Islamic Jihad Terrorist Thugs.
There was a time when B. Hussein Obama vowed that he was unwilling to negotiate with terrorists but that must have been so yesterday (actually only but a couple of months ago) the Obama Administration does not want anyone to remember that.
