China Cyber Espionage, Why has the Obama Administration removed PRC as a Top Priority?

The White House has directed U.S. spook agencies to lower the priority placed on intelligence gathering on China, this decision downgrades China from Priority Number 1 status along side of Iran and North Korea.

China has stepped up sophisticated cyber attacks on the U.S. Military and companies such as Google, who was hacked by Chinese cyber sleuths, gaining access to g-mail accounts of Chinese Human Rights activists last week. The Obama Administration is asleep on the job, further weakening our national security.
