TSA Agent Newark Arrested For Stealing $400 From Passenger

Tuesday, May 18th, 2010

TSA Agent is supposedly carrying out a pat down of a passenger at Newark Liberty Airport but instead is more interested in reading a card in the passenger’s hand than doing his job.

TSA Agents in Newark must have a tough time understanding their employment duties.

On the 03 February, a TSA Agent Newark was caught on surveillance video, reaching into the purse of an elderly woman in a wheelchair, to steal an envelope containing $400

TSA Agents create an illusion of safety and security, I’m unconvinced.

On the 17 February, I posted a photo here of a TSA Agent Sleeping in a Gate Area

Disgusting! What TSA Agents Really See

Sunday, May 16th, 2010

I’ve been making the argument now for more than two years that the TSA Full Body Imaging Scanners raise privacy concerns when it comes to the 4th Amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizure by the government.

On Saturday, I wrote here that TSA counterparts in Europe printed full body scanner images and circulated them to airport staff.

Do you want to be seen naked by a total stranger? Do you want your children to be seen naked by a TSA agent?

The word “Disgusting” isn’t nearly strong enough.

XXX Body Scanner Images Printed & Circulated

XXX Body Scanner Imaging produced by Transportation Security Agency (TSA) at Ronald Reagan Washington Natl Airport

TSA counterparts at London’s Heathrow  Airport, printed images and then circulated them to airport staff.

Like the TSA, United Kingdom Transportation Secretary Adonis, has assured passengers that images produced by the XXX Body Scanners were deleted “immediately” and airport staff carrying out the procedure are fully trained and supervised.

On the 06 May I wrote here that TSA Supervisor in Miami, started cracking jokes about an individuals manhood,  made visible by the XXX full body imaging scanner.

TSA Miami Employee Makes Joke About Genitalia

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

Ever since these XXX Body Imaging Scanners began to be used at our nations airports, I’ve been predicting that it was only a matter of time before this was going to happen.

Not only have I been critical about the effectiveness of the XXX Body Imaging Scanners arguing that they will not fix airline security problems but for the last two years I’ve argued here and here that that these scanners raise privacy concerns when it comes to the 4th Amendment prohibition against an unreasonable and intrusive search by the government.

A computer screen image maintained and stored by the Transportation and Security Administration in Washington showing the XXX image of an individual.

It was just a matter of time—TSA Agent in Miami has been arrested for aggravated battery after Police say that Rolando Negrin, attacked a co-worker after he had made fun of his small genitalia after walking through a full body imaging scanner during a training session.

According to Police, Negrin stepped into the machine during a training session becoming embarrassed and angry when a Supervisor started cracking jokes about his manhood made visible by the full body imaging scanner.

Americans for Limited Government to Appeal Freedom of Information Act Denial by U.S. Customs & Border Protection

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

Americans for Limited Government (ALG) intends to file an Appeal tomorrow to the U.S. Customs & Border Protection over their denial of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request related to the 05 January, detention of Author, Independent Columnist, Journalist, Blogger and Former U.S. Special Forces Soldier Michael Yon at the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport.

Yon, described the incident on Facebook saying, “Got arrested at the Seattle airport for refusing to say how much money I make (The uninformed ones said that I was not arrested but they definitely handcuffed me. Their videos and audios should show that I was polite but simply refused questions that had nothing to do with national security.”

The FOIA requests seeks to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, including any policies the TSA have in place related to appropriate questions that may be asked of U.S. Citizens.

Ironically the initial FOIA requested was Denied on 01 March, 2010 just two weeks before the Obama Administration’s Self Proclaimed Sunshine Week where they applauded themselves for the work they have done to increase transparency.

TSA Ineptitude—Do You Feel Safer Now?

Wednesday, February 17th, 2010

This photo of a TSA employee at NY LaGuardia Airport doesn’t instill a great deal of confidence that security has improved at our nations airports.

Do you feel safer now?

The 4 year old son of a New Jersey Police Officer was told he could not pass through security, unless he removed his metal leg braces—TSA Screener refused to allow the little boys Mother to assist her developmentally delayed son through the metal detector.

TSA gives Joan Rivers the boot citing Security Risk

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

The ineffectiveness of the TSA (which some call “Thousands Standing Around”) Joan Rivers is booted off a flight to Costa Rica because she uses her late husband’s name on her passport.

In the meantime, Michael Yon an author, independent columnist-journalist, blogger and former U.S. Special Forces soldier, was detained and handcuffed by TSA wingbats at the Seattle Airport because he refused to tell doofus TSA Screeners how much money he earned.

World Airports Ignore Obama’s Demands for Extra Security

Monday, January 4th, 2010

On the first day of what was supposed to be tighter security screenings ordered by Obama for airline passengers traveling from certain countries, some airports have conceded on Monday that they have ignored the order of this man eating snow cones.

“Everything is the same…there is no extra security” said an airport official in Lebanon.
