Intolerant Atheists Demand This 91 Yr Old Peace Cross WW I War Memorial in Maryland Be Removed

Jordan Sekulow, Exec Director of American Center for Law & Justice Visits the Circa 1923 WW I Memorial in Maryland

(FOX News) Stephen Lowe of The American Humanist Association claims this 40 foot tall 91 year old Bladensburg Peace Cross War Memorial dedicated on 13 July, 1923 by the American Legion to commemorate the 49 men of Prince George’s County that died in WW I is so upsetting whenever he passes it for it somehow represents the state endorsement of Christianity.

Riiight…

The WW I memorial was initially erected on private property according to The Washington Post but as traffic intensified in the area, the State of Maryland which owns the nearby public roads, encircled the monument, redesigned the intersection and the WW I Memorial was transferred to the park and planning commission in 1960

(Breitbart) In a stunning historical error Los Angeles Times ~~reporters~~ history revisionists Kathleen Hennessey, Richard Simon and Alexei Koseff claimed, reporting on the 50th Anniversary of the Martin Luther King March on Washington this week:

“Since Democrats led the passage for Civil Rights legislation that marchers pushed for in 1963, Republicans have struggled to recover with black voters, leaving a stark racial divide in American politics.”

Flashback: On the 10 June, 2012 Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit correctly noted “On this day in history in 1964, Democrats filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights Act.”

GOP Senate Leader Everett Dirksen (R-Illinois) condemned the Democrats 57 day filibuster against the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Leading the Democrats in their opposition to Civil Rights for Black Americans was KKK Member Senator Robert Byrd (D-WV) which Democrats to this day still refer to him as “the conscience of the Senate.”

They didn’t care how they looked, it was just a fierce indifference to human life that caused America to say enough is enough–I don’t want to see it and I am not part of it. What the hell! If you have to bomb little kids and send dogs out against human beings, give me a break.

Obama Claims that Marxists Ho Chi Minh and Nelson Mandela were Inspired by Founding Fathers

President Obama Claimed that Marxist Vietnam Dictator Ho Chi Minh, was Inspired by Founding Fathers –Image: I Am The Tea Party

(FOX News) It came as some unwelcome news and a slap in the face to American Heroes that served in Vietnam along with the 60,000 families that lost loved ones during the Vietnam War that the whole thing was just a misunderstanding.

This was the impression that President Obama gave last Thursday when he spoke with the media after a meeting with Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang.

Obama striking a wistful tone observed, that it may have taken 67 years but the United States and Vietnam were finally enjoying the relationship that Ho Chi Minh wrote of–after all, Obama said that the Communist Dictator had been inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson.

President Obama may have just been trying to flatter his guest who was obviously eager to show that Ho Chi Minh, was not the monster history shows him to be but his connection between the American Founders and Ho Chi Minh shows either a massive lack of historical knowledge on the part of Obama or a remarkable degree of flexibility.

I believe the former to be true given the fact that President Obama just last month, compared American bashing Marxist Nelson Mandela to George Washington.

Atheists File Suit to Remove Ground Zero Cross

9-11 Cross Ground Zero Ground Zero Cross Found at the World Trade Center

(ACLJ) An atheist group is pressing forward with a lawsuit to have the “Ground Zero Cross” removed from the national September 11 Museum. Their claim, the existence of the cross has brought on headaches, indigestion and even mental anguish.

The “Ground Zero Cross” was found amidst the rubble of the World Trade Center and still stands as a symbol of hope today–the cross is an important artifact of the story of September 11 and deserves to be protected.

Help to prevent atheists from tearing down the “Ground Zero Cross” at the Natl September 11 Memorial & Museum.
