While lessor mortals–the Pope, Queen Elizabeth are usually happy to permit their hosts to handle most of the Security and Transportation arrangements, the Obama’s create a “mini-America” while on the move to ensure that nothing is left to chance, including the bomb proof, air conditioned tunnel for their visit to the Gandhi Museum.
