(CNS News) U.S. Homeownership Hits 20 Yr Low of 64%

- ‘The homeownership rate of 64% was 1.2% lower than the 4th qtr 2013 (65.2%) and 0.4% lower than the rate in the last quarter’ — The last time the homeownership rate was lower than 64.5% was in 1994 when it was 64% according to Table 15 in the U.S. Census Bureau’s Housing Vacancies and Homeownership data.
