Egyptian Cleric Says Latest Charlie Hebdo Cover ‘Unjustified Provocation’ Against Feelings of Muslims

(TVNZ) The office of Egypt’s Top Muslim Cleric warned ‘Charlie Hebdo’ to pull its cover cartoon released this week according to The Jewish Press of  the prophet Mohammed with a tear trickling down his face holding a sign that reads:

‘Je Suis Charlie’ under the words ‘Tout Est Pardonne’ (All is Forgiven)

The Egyptian Cleric who is in charge of issuing edicts (decrees) calls the cover an ‘unjustified provocation’ for millions of Muslims who respect and love their prophet–its said, the cartoon is likely to cause a new wave of hatred in French and Western societies.
