(LA Times) California lawmakers yesterday approved legislation and sent it to Gov Brown, that would prohibit middle-school and high school football teams, from holding full contact practices during the off-season and would bar schools from conducting more than two-full contact practices per week during the season.
Are we becoming a nation of wimps and wussies?
