(ABC News) President Obama claims since his administration has been caught up in a series of scandals which threatens his presidency, to be a little uneasy with the way Editors and Journalists from the AP together with FOX News James Rosen have been targeted by the Dept of Justice (DoJ) and Atty General Eric Holder (who works at the pleasure of the President) and has asked the DoJ by and through his Atty General to conduct a 45 day review of himself and the DoJ.
How does this actually work without the appointment of an Independent Prosecutor?
