(Washington Times) Automatic spending cuts of the increase in federal spending, otherwise known as “Sequester” are bringing Congressional staffers to the brink of starvation Rep Debbie Wasserman-Schultz suggested at a recent House Legislative Branch Appropriations Subcommittee hearing.
