(CBS News/San Francisco) Leave it up to a liberal-progressive to propose yet another tax–as if Americans were not already overtaxed.
This new tax brainstorm by Berkeley City Councilman Gordon Wozniak would be on e-mail according to Berkeleyside as a means to help fund the cash-strapped United States Postal Service.
