Defund ObamaCare –Obama Cartoons 

(Western Center for Journalism) Smith & Nephew Orthopedics headquartered in Memphis, TN  is blaming ObamaCare for the layoffs of an estimated 100 of their employees, citing ObamaCare’s 2.3% excise tax on medical devices as the culprit.
