(Washington Examiner) A dummy Java Script file on Healthcare.gov website features characters from Star War’s and Transformers.
What’s up with that?
Dummy javascript files are generally used for testing purposes and are rarely released to a live website–at least the ones set up up “Adult” IT Pro’s.

What they seem to leave out (again) on Monday, CBS News Los Angeles reported that Deborah Cavallaro got a letter from letter from Anthem Blue Cross of California which stated:
“Because of the
requirementsmandates of the new laws, we can no longer offer your current Anthem policy.” The letter also said that Cavallaro is being offered a new policy and her monthly premium will increase from $292 to $484
If ObamaCare/Covered California is so good, why are they soliciting on Craigslist Los Angeles offering to pay $250.00 for testimonials, “about the positive impact the Affordable Care Act has had on Health, Finances and Piece of Mind for You and Your Family.”

(Inforum) The Obama Administration has asked ‘Blue Cross & Blue Shield of North Dakota” not to publicize how many people have signed up for health insurance through the new online exchange, James Nichol, company spokesman said this week.
If ObamaCare was so successful in North Dakota, wouldn’t President Obama be cheering it’s awesome success? I digress.
In related ObamaCare news, The Weekly Standard reports today that some 16 Million of Americans are receiving letters from their insurance carriers saying that they will be losing their current health care coverage as a result of ObamaCare’s new health care mandates.

(San Francisco Business Times) The California Workers Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) is considering recommending a 9.5% rate increase to the California Dept of Insurance a jump over its earlier 7.6% earlier recommendation.
Remember when President Obama promised that his health care overall would “bend the cost curve and start actually reducing health care costs…”
Should the WCIRB governing committee follow the new recommendations, many California employers are likely to face steeper worker’s compensation rates come January which they will be forced to pass on to consumers or layoff employees to pay for.
How is ObamaCare in California, bending the insurance cost curve and reducing health care costs?

Just when one didn’t think the ObamaCare Roll-Out Team would come up with any other loony things to do to promote Obama’s broken chief legislative achievement, President Obama’s Minions never fail to do even more peculiar things.
ObamaCare/Covered California and The Children’s Partnership have teamed up to promote government managed health care to children and their families via newsletters, text messages, social media sites, at public school sporting events, health fairs and during them ‘suggested’ really cool extra special activities “enrollment nights” where families may gather at the school computer lab (isn’t that exciting) or elsewhere to get information on how to apply for ObamaCare.
Another reason that my six year old attends Catholic school.

(CNBC ) September’s jobs report was ‘significantly worse than expected’ 58% of the total 148,000 jobs gained were Truck Drivers, Bureaucrats, Sales Associates and Temps according to Tyler Durden at Zero Hedge. Personal income grew little during the past month, average hourly earns were up a paltry .03 cents with the average work week at 34.5 hours.
Women participated in the labor force at the lowest level in 24 years in September according to CNS News with 154,000 fewer Women in the labor force compared to the previous month–the number of Americans 16 years of age or older not participating in the nation’s work force climbed steeply in September to a record 90,609,000 an increase of 136,000 over the previous month. Despite all of the dismal economic news, the way the Obama Administration now calculates unemployment, the nation’s jobless rate fell to 7.2% or to the lowest since November, 2008
